Application of Enterprise Grid for Prediction of ADME/Tox Parameters
The main purpose of the ADMEToxGrid project is to develop an enterprise grid system that is suitable for predicting the ADME/Tox parameters of millions of compounds in a short time and in a secure manner, while also exploiting the free capacity of the office computers. In addition, the other goal of the project is the development of a grid frame infrastructure that can be applied easily to create a grid system that is suitable for running programs such as parameter predictions.
Energy efficiency in large scale distributed systems
The main objective of the Action is to foster original research initiatives addressing energy awareness/saving and to increase the overall impact of European research in the field of energy efficiency in distributed systems.
Open European Network for High Performance Computing on Complex Environments
The main objective of the Action is to develop an integrated approach for tackling the challenges associated with heterogeneous and hierarchical systems for High Performance Computing.
Exchange programme to advance e-Infrastructure Know-How (EPIKH)
The EPIKH project main goals are to reinforce the impact of e-Infratstrucktures in scientific research deining and delivering stimulating programme of educational events, including Grid Schools and High Performance Computing courses; and broaden the engagement in e-Science activities and collaborations across disciplines.
